We want to keep making products that Aussies love. And we can’t think of a better way to do it than
getting to know our customers. So we’ve carved out a space online where we can get honest
feedback from real people and reward them for their time in the process.
We call it the Roundtable. 

How it works

If you’d like to be a part of the Roundtable, you’ll receive occasional requests
from us asking for your thoughts on a new product idea or design.
This might be via survey, phone call, or even in person (wouldn’t that be nice). You don’t need
to participate every time, just help us out when you can and we’ll reward you for your time!

The Roundtable is a way for us to talk to you, our amazing customers, to find out more about what you look for when you buy furniture, and what about Eva you love — so we can keep making products that you love.

You know, a kind of ‘you help us make great products and experiences, and we make sure you get to enjoy our very best work’ situation.

We like to put our customers first when we make big decisions, so what better way to do this than talking to you!

If you ‘opt in’ to the Roundtable, you’ll receive occasional requests from us asking if you’d give us your time for us to test a new product idea, design with you - (because two brains are better than one), or to come into Eva HQ to do some product testing. This might be via survey, over a zoom, or even in person!

For each session you provide us your time and thoughts, we’ll thank you with a gift. This will usually be a visa credit card voucher, up to $75, depending on how much time we ask of you.

From time to time, we’ll also run draws and giveaways, which you will go in the draw to win if you participate in a research activity.

At any point, if our email requests get a bit too much, feel free to let us know, and we’ll remove you from the Roundtable database.

So many things! Apart from getting a top secret sneak peek look into our upcoming products, and that warm-fuzzy feeling of helping a small Aussie home-grown startup take on the world, we always make sure to thank you for your time and thoughts with a gift. This will usually be a visa credit card voucher, up to $75, depending on how much time we ask of you.

We’ll also run quarterly giveaways for all of our members, you’ll go in the draw just for participating in a research survey in that quarter! You'll also be the first to know about any new products we have in the pipeline.

Most of the time we will be asking you about what you like to see in our future products, and why, and your perceptions of Eva. Sometimes, we will ask you for more personal information like your age, living arrangements, profession and salary — this is to help us understand our customer base on a more general level. If at any point, you don’t feel comfortable answering any questions, then just let us know and we’ll skip them!

In summary, we use your information to create the best experience and products for you. We are always looking at how we can make life even more simple for you. All information is only used for internal purposes.

We value your privacy, and are grateful that you trust us with your personal information. We always kept confidential and do not share it with any third-parties.

If at any point you would like us to delete or remove your information from our database, please email us at hello@eva.com.au and we will remove it immediately.

Zero commitment! Basically, you will receive ad-hoc emails requesting your help to fill in a survey, jump on a phone call or come visit us for product testing - if you have time to help, then great - book in a time with us! If not, feel free to sit this round out! We’re appreciative whenever you’re happy to offer your time, whenever it works for you.

We do have a request for our beloved customers that join the Roundtable.

We require that you keep any information, including images, ideas and pricing, confidential and not share these publicly. This includes not taking photos of our products or images that have yet to be released. This small commitment goes a long way in helping us launch products and experiences successfully.

Because things can change (if COVID has taught us anything - it’s this!), we have to let you know that we reserve the right to change the incentive or reward for sessions or surveys if required.

If we do make changes, we will tell you these changes before you participate in any of the sessions, so that you can decide whether you still want to be part of them! We commit to being transparent and open with you.

Depends on each reward, a typical voucher will be valid for 2-3 years, however, you’ll need to look at the T&Cs of the voucher, reward or gift we provide you.

Unfortunately not. We created the the Roundtable because it helps and undertake research in a structured and consistent way, by understanding what you want when you look at buying furniture. It also allows us to reward you for your assistance.
