Are my Delve Bed Frame covers washable?

They are! You’ll first need to disassemble the frame to remove the covers. Afterwards, you can just wash them as per the washing instructions label. Remember, different materials have different washing instructions, please be sure to check what is the best way to wash your covers.

How do I care for my Delve Bed Frame?

Our Chenille and Chunky Weave fabrics are hardwearing and easy to clean. A simple vacuuming to remove dust and dirt on a regular basis will help keep it looking clean and crisp.

Our luxurious Wool Bouclé requires extra care. Due to the lofty nature of the fabric, loose fibres are expected to release over time. You can remove these by hand but do this with extra care to avoid pulling threads from the fabric weave. You can also trim the loose fibres using scissors, and be careful to not cut any of the woven threads. 

The hook and loop strips that allow for the covers to be removed and washed  require extra care when dressing and undressing the modules. Make sure you fold the hook onto the loops to prevent it from catching on to loose fibres. Here’s a video that shows you how to care for the fabric and to avoid any hook and loop related damage. 

If you happen to spill any liquid on your bed frame, simply wipe it up quickly with an absorbent cloth or paper towel, avoid using any harsh cleaners as they may cause fabric discolouration. The covers can also be removed to wash with mild laundry detergent if necessary.

Please ensure you keep your bed frame out of direct sunlight to avoid discolouration.

How do I remove the Delve Bed Frame covers to wash them?

The Delve Bed Frame fabric covers are attached to your frame with velcro. For ease, we recommend disassembling the frame into parts first and removing the covers.

What is the Delve Bed Frame warranty?

The Delve Bed Frame comes with a 5-year limited structural warranty on our frame, 2-year fabric warranty and 2-year limited warranty on all other soft furnishings and components.
