If you’re not satisfied with your Eva mattress after this period, you can return it. To ensure you make the right choice, we offer a 100-day trial period.

Eva Richmond House lives inside a raw, light-filled warehouse apartment on Church Street. Polished concrete underfoot, steel-framed windows overhead, and rooms styled the way we actually live in them.

Book NowEva's Richmond showroom, otherwise known as Eva Richmond House, is at 575 Church Street, Richmond VIC 3121, on the stretch of Church Street just south of Swan Street. It's around 4km east of the Melbourne CBD, a stone's throw from Cremorne and the Yarra, and a few minutes from Bridge Road.
You can visit us Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm, and Sunday, 10am to 5pm. That's seven days a week, and a little earlier on weekdays than our Carlton House Melbourne showroom, which opens at 12pm Monday to Friday.
There's metered parking along Church Street and free time-limited parking in the side streets running off it, so on a weekday you'll usually find a spot without much hunting. Saturdays, give yourself a little longer. If you’re coming by public transport, it’s easy too, city trams (routes 1, 3, 6 and 64) stop within a short walk of the showroom.
Mostly the building. Carlton House is a beautifully restored heritage terrace on Faraday Street, designed with the founding architects at InAddition Studio. Richmond House is a converted warehouse apartment on Church Street, with polished concrete, steel-framed windows and a lot more light.
If you'd like to see how Eva pieces sit in a period home, head to Carlton. If your place has hard floors and high ceilings, Richmond will feel closer to yours.

Yes, please do. Sit on it, lie on it, push the modules around. We've got the Everyday Sofa set up as a 5 Seater L-shape Extended in Olive, and our team can show you how those same modules become a 2.5 Seater, a chaise version or a full Conversation Pit. Fabric swatches are on hand too, so you can see all four weaves in real light rather than on a screen.

Larger pieces are then delivered straight to your door, while smaller things like linen and pillows can go home with you the same day.
You are welcome to drop in during opening hours, we’d love to see you. We don’t take bookings for showroom visits, so you can just come by whenever suits you.
