Great Product, Great Service
Excellent and super helpful customer service. Shipping was fast and very reasonably priced, particularly given it was coming to Tas. Quality product, easy to put together and very comfortable.

I’m so in love! I spend half my life on the slide away sofa bed. It’s where I read, rest, sometimes work. I have it almost permanently as a day bed and everyone who visits me flops into it at some point. It really elevates the space. It makes me happy everyday.

Beautiful, versatile, and comfy
Exactly what I was hoping for. Hardest choice was the color, and I’m delighted with moss green. Gorgeous.

A great couch!
I love that it's able to slide out into a sofa bed but the biggest and unexpected feature is that it's actually a very comfortable couch.
My dogs spends most of their days on it whenever I'm working from home.

Great sofabed
When I saw this sofabed, I instantly fell in love. After taking the plunge buying online, I was over the moon. Fast delivery, and really easily assembly. The quality of product is so much better than I anticipated. We managed to adjust the back cushion as it had removable fill which is a plus. It would be great if you offer a white glove service but amazing all round

Finally a sofa bed that looks good
We have had our sofa bed for a little over a week now and couldn't be happier. Our first guest used it as a bed last night and gave it a thumbs up. My husband is tall, 6"5 and he enjoys lounging on the sofa. Getting the colour swatches sent to us helped us choose the right colour option to match our other decor. I would recommend this as a first step for all buyers.

LOVE this sofa-bed. So versatile.
Our overall experience was seamless. The assembly was so fast that by the time I'd made my partner a cup of tea for him he had assembled everything and we just needed to put the covers on the cushions! The main thing I love about it is how versatile it is. We have it as a sofa generally, then I move it out to a day bed for when I'm wanting to work on it (I WFH) or lie in the sun with my dog and read a book. We also now have a place for family to stay when they visit and my partner and I have definitely been guilty of falling asleep on it when just having a relaxing lie down. We have it in marble white but also green for when we want some colour and both are great.

Can't recommend highly enough!
We have been living with our Slideaway Sofa for a few months now, and we absolutely love it! It's firm and supportive for both lounging and sleeping on, and the daybed feature has been so fun for our kids - you can pull it out and get out the doonas and pillows for extra special movie nights.

It looks nice and the interlocking base is cool. The feel is firm like a futon and the cushions were challenging to get in their covers. My 5’11” son had to sleep a little sideways but liked it; so it’s not for very tall guests.

It’s early days but it’s been very comfortable according to my wife. It’s easy to convert from sofa to bed and vice versa but robust.

- IDVerified BuyerRated 3 out of 5 stars1 month agoReviewingSlideaway Sofa BedCustomer service is top notch
The bed is beautifully designed and was just right for what we needed. We checked it out twice at the Sydney store and measured up the space before ordering. It’s quite large so take that into account when deciding if it will fit.
Delivery was very quick and the drivers were excellent. We paid the extra for in room delivery and for us with stairs this was worth it. The sofa arrives in four large and heavy boxes.
The packaging was all cardboard and fabric. No plastic at all!
Top marks for that!!
Set up took two people less than an hour with no tools needed. We loved the cleverness of assembly. The video really helped with figuring out how to do it.
The covers had a nasty smell that dissipated in a week. The fabric quality felt good and they were beautifully made. We chose oatmeal which is a simple neutral. Sadly, stitching had not been properly finished on the mattress in one small but obvious area. Customer service was excellent and a replacement cover arrived in the mail a week later.
The sliding mechanism was very stiff, which got less stiff once we tightened all the screws a bit more. Customer service was excellent and a stick of beeswax arrived in the mail. Applying this on the side rails fixed the problem instantly and the mechanism is now smooth and easy for one person to manage. Just like the video!
The frame itself is beautiful. However, the first one that arrived had some weird marks on a rear leg that looked like the stain was unevenly applied. It was…
