Guide to Eva Pillow Returns

If the Eva Pillow isn't quite what you were after, that's okay! We understand comfort can differ from one person to the next, and we appreciate you giving us a go! To initiate your pillow return, please follow the steps below.

1. Check you're within the 120 Night Trial

As our pillows are made with memory foam, they have a break-in period, so we ask you keep the product for 30 nights before initiating a return. Just like a new pair of shoes, it can take some time for the pillow to soften and suit your needs.

2. Make sure your pillow is in good shape

We donate our pillows to charity, so make sure it's not damaged, stained or soiled — otherwise, they won't accept it.

3. Complete the returns survey and send back to us

We really appreciate your help in making sure our products are the best they can be and this starts right here:


4. We'll send you a return label to post your pillow

Place the label on your pillow box and post the pillow at your nearest post office.

5. If everything looks good, we'll process your refund

We'll do some final checks of the pillow's condition for charity and then process your refund.
