After you place your order, we’ll ship it to your doorstep for free. Try our comfort classic and premium adapt mattresses in the comfort of your home for 100 days. If you don't love them within the trial period, then you can return them and we'll give you a full refund.

We want to ensure our customers get the best possible experience with their products by living with them for 30 days before deciding if they’re the right fit. You can read more about our initial 30-day adjustment period here.

The 100 day trial applies to the Comfort Classic mattress and the Premium Adapt mattress. If you buy several of the same product type, the trial only applies to one of them and therefore only one may be returned.

We suggest trialling your Eva products and if you like it you can feel confident purchasing another of the same kind.

Eva will cover the costs of metro returns but regional and rural returns will require you to return our furniture and homewares to our warehouse. If you're curious about the details of our returns process, head to our Returns page for more information.
