Mattresses:
If you’re not satisfied with your Eva mattress after this period, you can return it. To ensure you make the right choice, we offer a 100-day trial period.
All other products:
With our 60 day return policy you can take your time and see if our product is a right fit for you.

Book NowEva's Melbourne showroom - otherwise known as Eva Carlton House, is located at 186 Faraday St, Carlton 3053. It is a stones throw from Fitzroy, Brunswick, Parkville and the Melbourne CBD.
You can visit us Monday to Friday, 12pm to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 6pm.
There’s usually paid street and council parking available around the streets of Carlton, so you can often find a spot nearby. If you’re coming by public transport, it’s easy too, city trams (routes 1, 3, 6 and 64) stop within a short walk of the showroom.

Yes. The Slideaway Sofa Bed is on display at Eva Carlton House in Melbourne, so you can lounge on it, open it, and get a real feel for how it works before you decide.
You can purchase Eva products in our showrooms. You can see the range in person, get a feel for what you like and place your order with our team in-store.
Most larger items are then delivered straight to your doorstep, while smaller pieces like linen can be taken home from the showroom.
You are welcome to drop in during opening hours, we’d love to see you. We don’t take bookings for showroom visits, so you can just come by whenever suits you.
Absolutely. If you don’t live near our Melbourne or Sydney showrooms, you can book a virtual consult and get the same help from the comfort of your home.
