How does the 100-day return policy work?
We know choosing a mattress is a big decision, especially when buying them online. Your body takes around 30 days to adjust to a new mattress, which is why we ask customers to sleep on it for at least that time before requesting a return, it’s a small adjustment period that helps you really settle in.
If, after 30 days (and within the 100-night trial), it still doesn’t feel quite right, just get in touch with us. We’ll organise a free collection for metro customers.
