What is the dining chair made of?

The Kin Dining Chair has a frame built from a combination of solid American Oak timber and lightweight plywood with veneer to ensure it’s incredibly sturdy but also light enough to easily pick up and move.

The seat and back are both upholstered for extra comfort with a recycled polyester fabric.

how do I care for my Kin dining chair?

Our fabric is hardwearing and easy to clean, a simple vacuuming to remove dust and dirt on a regular basis will help keep it looking clean and crisp.

If you happen to spill any liquid on your dining chair, simply wipe it up quickly with an absorbent cloth or paper towel, avoid using any harsh cleaners as they may cause fabric discolouration.
Avoid leaving your Kin Dining Chairs in direct sunlight, as over an extended period this could cause discolouration to the fabric.

how long will my dining chairs take to arrive?

If you’re living in a metro area, you can select to receive your Kin Dining table and chairs by the next business day if you order before 3 pm.

For those living in regional areas, the estimated delivery window is between 3-12 business days.

what tools do I need to build my dining chairs?

We’re proud to say you won’t need any tools to put together your dining table or your dining chairs! Each box comes with a QR code that you can scan taking you straight to the assembly instructions and videos. You will find the QR code on the back of our brand brochure or on the bottom of the box, or you can check out ourAssembly page.

How can I recycle the packaging?

To dispose of your packaging, you can add the cardboard to your recycling or compost bin.

Please note: During your trial period we require you to keep the boxes in the unlikely event that you wish to return your product (this applies for all products except mattresses).

Top experience - highly recommend
We recently purchased these chairs and day bed - the quality is incredibly good and customer service amazing- even to the point that all items were delivered on 27th December exactly as promised three months ago. My husband noted that compared to the other furniture we have bought recently “it is obvious these guys own the business and are completely focused on customer service and quality product”. Four Seater Dining Table and Chairs
Not a nice experience I am afraid. Table delivered with a Laminate separation crack in the table top and a reluctance to compensate for delivery of damaged item.
Hope someone takes a satisfactory decision.
The dining set is well crafted and appealing to the eye.
Wish there was no damage when delivered.

Sturdy and comfortable chair for everyday use
It’s a well made sturdy chair and so far I have really enjoyed them. Very easy assembly. I haven’t had them for too long so it’s hard to say whether the fabric will pill over time. The only negative thing about the chairs were the plastic tacks under the legs - absolutely pointless to even attach them as they serve no purpose, were very poorly attached and took away from the overall feel of quality. I have removed them and replaced with a felt pad which actually protects the flooring.
