What is the Everyday sofa made of?

The Everyday Sofa has a frame built from a combination of strong hardwood and lightweight plywood to ensure it’s incredibly sturdy but also light enough for when you have to move.

Our unique modular sofa is cushioned with multi-layered foam of varying densities. By layering both soft and firm foams we are able to achieve a delightfully soft yet supportive cushioning. The covers are made of 100% polyester.

Our Everyday Sofa also comes with complimentary cushions that are 100% filled with recycled polyester and cutting foam.


Frame: Frame is made from a combination of strong hardwood and lightweight plywood.

Main fabric: 100% polyester

Base fabric: 100% polyester

Foam: The Everyday sofa uses multiple layers of different density foam.

Scatter cushions: Filled with 100% recycled polyester and cutting foam

How do I care for my sofa?

Our fabric is hardwearing and easy to clean, a simple vacuuming to remove dust and dirt on a regular basis will help keep it looking clean and crisp. 

If you happen to spill any liquid on your sofa, simply wipe it up quickly with an absorbent cloth or paper towel, avoid using any harsh cleaners as they may cause fabric discolouration. The cushion covers can also be removed to wash with mild laundry detergent if necessary. 

Please ensure you keep your sofa out of direct sunlight to avoid discolouration.

How soft is the sofa to sit on?

The Everyday Sofa is a supportive sit, around the region of 6 out of 10 (1 being very soft and 10 being very firm). Over time the sofa will soften a little as the fabric and foams relax. We have included a scatter cushion per module for you for extra comfort.

is the everyday sofa hard to assemble?

We’re proud to say you won’t need any tools to put together your sofa! Each sofa comes with a QR code that you can scan taking you straight to the assembly instructions and videos.

What is the difference between the Everyday Sofa Low Arm version and High Arm version?

The Low Arm version of the Everyday Sofa has arms on each end of the sofa that are lower than the back height. The High Arm version of the Everyday Sofa has arms on each end of the sofa that are the same height as the back height.

    Love it

    We love our new sofas and the flexibility around customization. Not to mention being able to wash the covers! Although a bit tricky to get on and off. The only gripe I have is the way the two seats connect. It was a bit hard to line up and tricky to connect. It also makes it annoying to move them around as they sometimes disconnect or one of the points gets loose.

    Everyday Sofa 4 Seater
    Not perfect but right fit

    Tool free assembly is great, it's well designed and it fits our space well. It's not a fall in to it kind of couch, the low back takes some getting used to, it's much better to lie on than sit on. The covers washed well after a spill but one cover did tear considerably at the seam, when we were removing the cover. It's at the back so we can hide it but not ideal... All three modules do not sit symmetrically, the line drops on one section, we've tried adjusting the cover but no luck, it just looks mismatched. I like the quilted fabric and the functionality of the modular design.

    Everyday Sofa 4 Seater with Chaise
    Firm but looks nice

    It’s fine. I miss my old couch - it was softer and comfier. The process of building was easy and can be done with one or two people. The chaise is too short for me and I’m only 5’10”. I hope that it softens over time, as right now it’s not comfortable for day to day lounging.

    A stylish and perfect fit for our space

    After weeks of searching for sofas - we found Eva! This sofa fits our lounge space perfectly and having the modular options meant we could customise the set up to meet our needs. It was straightforward to put together (took us about one hour) and having removable and washable covers adds to the peace of mind. This is a super comfortable high quality sofa!     Great sofa, matched our expectations.

    The purchasing experience wit eva has been great, they answered all my questions quickly, and when my couch was being delivered, the delivery team were timely and excellent.

    The couch takes a little time to put together but nothing more than what i'd expect from a modular couch.

    Love being able to "upsize" in the future rather than needing to purchase a bigger couch.

    In terms of comfort; its not the worlds most comfy couch that you sink into and have a hard time getting out of again. The base is supportive and a good balance of firm and soft. The backrests are on the low side, which looks great and is comfy as long as you use the provided pillows. We often find we end up moving down the couch so our neck is supported by the backrest when sitting for longer periods. Which is where the additional ottoman becomes imperative for us.

    Bearing in mind the couch is only 1 month old it is holding up really well and we love the terracotta colour which is stain resistant and hard-wearing.
