Our First Showroom:
We opened the doors to our first ever showroom, Eva Carlton House. Shopping online is convenient, but shopping in person? That’s where the magic happens. Find us at 186 Faraday Street, Carlton.
Kia Ora, New Zealand:
Big news, we’ve officially gone global (okay, regional)! We’re now shipping to New Zealand. While Melbourne’s still our home, we’ve expanded our reach and can’t wait to impress our new neighbours across the ditch. Kiwis, welcome to the Eva family!
New Products:
We didn’t just lounge around (though we did spend plenty of time on our Slideaway Sofa Bed). From the Delve Bed Frame—Australia’s first fabric bed with washable covers—to the Kino Storage Drawer that nails both form and function, we brought clever design into your home. And let’s not forget the fresh colourways for your favourite pieces. New launches, new looks—2024 was all about helping your home keep up with you.
Community, Always:
This year, we’ve been proud to connect with our community in ways that truly matter. From partnerships to in-house initiatives, we’ve focused on giving back where we can make the biggest impact. Together with Dog Photog, we raised $720 for Starting Over Dog Rescue, helping more furry friends find their forever homes.
Our furniture also found a new home at Nightingale Preston. This project was a pivotal moment for us at Eva, aligning perfectly with Nightingale’s mission of sustainable, community-focused living. We’re so proud to contribute to a space that honours local history while fostering a vibrant, eco-friendly future.
Progress, Not Perfection:
This year, we took important steps forward on our journey toward creating a more sustainable future—because we know there’s always more work to do. In February, we introduced Recycled Weave in Midnight Navy to our Slideaway Sofa Bed range—a fabric made with recycled materials. What started as a limited run of 100 pieces became so popular it’s now a permanent fixture in our collection.
Innovation led the way when we partnered with Casetify to create a Slideaway Sofa Bed frame made entirely from 16,000 recycled phone cases—a small but meaningful step in rethinking waste. Back at Eva HQ, our Green Team launched the UPPAREL x Eva fabric recycling service, helping us reduce waste and keep materials in circulation.
And during B Corp Month, we reflected on Eva’s commitment to community and sustainability while sharing our ongoing journey as a B Corp—because sustainability is never a destination, but a constant effort to do better.
2024 was huge. 2025? Even bigger. Stick with us, we’ve got plans.
