When your goods are on board for delivery, you’ll receive a text message with updated tracking information. We recommend keeping your phone handy, as the courier driver will call you 30 minutes before delivery.
If you can’t be home to receive your delivery, you may be able to qualify for an Authority To Leave (ATL). This applies to secure, ground-level homes and is at the discretion of the courier. Unfortunately, ATL does not include most apartment buildings. If you do not qualify for ATL, please ensure someone is home to receive your delivery otherwise a re-delivery fee may occur.
Please note, our freight partner offers a ‘to the door’ but not ‘to the room’ service. For a unit, this is the front door of your building.
